By the fact of its entry any competitor, driver or other license holder exonerates the FIA, the RACB, The RACB Sport, the organizers and their representatives, employees and each one of them in particular, from any responsibility in connection with the actions, expenses, fees, claims and complaints relating to the injuries (mortal or others), losses and damage caused to himself or his goods, whatever the cause, coming or resulting from his engagement or his participation in the "GEKO YPRES RALLY", which is or not, the direct or indirect
consequence, of a negligence or a fault of the aforesaid instances, organizers, their representatives or their employees. Any competitor, driver or other license holder confirms that his participation is at own risk, confirms to have full knowledge of the rules and regulations of the "GEKO YPRES RALLY" and guarantees to respect all such rules and regulations, without any exception.
Door zijn inschrijving ontslaat elke deelnemer, piloot of andere licentiehouder de FIA, de RACB, de RACB Sport, de organisatoren en hun vertegenwoordigers, aangestelden en ieder van hen afzonderlijk, van elke aansprakelijkheid voor de vorderingen, uitgaven, kosten, terugvorderingen en klachten die betrekking hebben op verwondingen (dodelijk of andere), verliezen en fysieke of stoffelijke schade, gelijk welke de oorzaak moge zijn, voortkomend uit of als gevolg van zijn inschrijving in of deelname aan de "GEKO YPRES RALLY", ongeacht of deze al dan niet het directe of indirecte gevolg is van een nalatigheid of een fout van de voormelde instanties, van de organisatoren, hun vertegenwoordigers of hun aangestelden. Elke deelnemer, piloot of andere licentiehouder bevestigt deel te nemen op eigen risico, volledig op de hoogte te zijn van alle regels en reglementen van de "GEKO YPRES RALLY" en deze in de meest strikte vorm te zullen naleven, zonder uitzondering.
Par le fait de son engagement, tout concurrent, conducteur ou autre licencié exonère la FIA, le RACB, le RACB Sport, les organisateurs et leurs représentants, préposés et chacun d'eux en particulier de toute responsabilité à propos des actions, poursuites dépenses, frais, revendications et réclamations relatives aux blessures (mortelles ou autres), pertes et dommages à sa personne ou à ses biens, quelle que soit la cause provenant ou résultant de son engagement ou de sa participation au " GEKO YPRES RALLY", qu'elle soit ou non la conséquence directe ou indirecte d'une négligence ou d'une faute desdites instances, des organisateurs, de leurs représentants ou de leurs préposes. Tout concurrent, conducteur ou autre licencié
déclare participer à son propre risque, d'être intégralement informé des règles et règlements du 'GEKO YPRES RALLY' et s'engage à les respecter sans réserve. |
